It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Ray Warner of Holt, Michigan, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Warner and Norma Jean Warner; his sister Cynthia Warner; his father-in-law Ellis Noble; his brothers-in-law, Martin Stott and Jerry Hoard; and his niece Jaime Kerley.

He is survived by : his wife Sally Warner (Stott); his children, Tracy Warner (Lori), Leslie Goddard (Robert), Cindy Crable (Art), Lisa Walsh, Josh Warner (Jolene) and Abigail Austin (Chris); his siblings, Mark Warner (Sue) and Pam Hosseini; his close friends, Tim, Judy Nichols, Gary, Candy Howe, Rob and Michelle Keckler; and his mother-in-law Gladys Noble. He is also survived by grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
