He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale S Cole and Velma Jean Cole; his stepfather Jack Church; his stepsiblings, Linda Martin (Church) and Tom Church; and his brother-in-law John Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Cole; his children, Dale S Cole (Jaime) and Carrie Kane (Joe); his grandchildren, Ryan Cole, Kyle Cole, Kaylee Cole, Jacob Kane and Isla Kane; his siblings, Gail Wolf (Brian), Clay Cole (Barb) and Terry Hoffman; and his stepbrothers, Jack Church (Rhonda) and Steve Church (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
