It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terilyn Lee Hafner of Holt, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on January 21, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Schimberg and Charles Schimberg; and her siblings, Constance May, Janet Nelson, Ronald, Gary, Thorwald and Leland Schimberg.
She is survived by: her siblings, Arnold "Bill" Schimberg, Joyce Walker and Carol Stansbury; her daughters, Michele Schimberg (Ty Elowski) and Gina Harmeyer (John); her grandchildren, Tony Richey (Melissa Harte), Brian Plesscher (Elysse Richardson), Eric, Morgan and Alli Harmeyer; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Neveah Harte, Bruce Richey and Mila Richardson-Plesscher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
