He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henigan and Mary Marceline Henigan; his siblings, John Henigan, Kieran Royston and David Henigan; and his daughter-in-law Jayne Henigan.
He is survived by: his children, Terrance Henigan, Jr. of Crystal, Kara Hope (Evan) of Holt and Jennifer Henigan; his grandchildren, Emma Vance (Ryan) of Lyons, Jared Yenchar of Holt and Devon Henigan; his great grandchildren, RJ and Ella; his siblings, Daniel Henigan and Kathy Toebe; and his former wife Martha Henigan of Portland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
