He was predeceased by: his parents, George Raymond and Elizabeth "Betty" Anna Zuwerink (Allen); his wife Sue Ann Dake; his siblings, Phyllis Deuling, Nancy McClain and Ronald Zuwerink; and his sister-in-law Mary Zuwerink.
He is survived by: his children, David "Andy" Zuwerink, Michael Zuwerink, William "Will" Zuwerink (Lori), Rachel Cross (Josh), Betty Anne Anderson (Bob) and George Zuwerink (Sally); his brother-in-law Teryl "Terry" McClain; Renard "Ren" Zuwerink. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
