She was predeceased by: her brothers, Russ, Walter, Bud and Gary Shales. She is survived by: her siblings, Butch Shales, Norma Shales and Victoria "Vicki" Fiebig (Shales).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blue Lake Community Church (10981 Blue Lake Rd, Holton, MI 49425).
