In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Karen had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Karen may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ray Ebel and Susan Ebel; and her parents, Robert Ebel and Avis Ebel (Hesse). She is survived by: her husband Roman A. Scheidel of Holton, MI; her son Michael Jager; and her sisters, Pam Halverson and Barb Ashcroft. She is also survived by cousins, numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Karen's memory to Holton Methodist Church, reflecting her enduring faith and commitment to her church community.
