Robert Shirk Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyde Shirk and Geraldine Shirk (Miller); his daughter Joannie Carlson; and his grandson Kodi Minyard. He is survived by: his daughter Kristine Minyard (Steve Rushing); his grandchildren, Jenna Minyard and Eric Minyard; his siblings, Daniel Shirk (Sara), Joyce Shirk, Gene Shirk (Erma), Steve Shirk and Wayne Shirk (Jane); and his friend Joyce Tanis. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (7729 W 48th St, Fremont, MI 49412). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to Faith Baptist Church.
