She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Rathburn and Alberta Rathburn (Heckathorn); and her siblings, Reginald, Keith, Chuck, Melvin and Faye.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Mullins; her brother Norman Rathburn; and her children, Paula McCans (Robert) and Neal Mullins (Rhonda). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the New Benzonia Township Hall (2717 Benzie Hwy, Benzonia, MI 49616).
