He is survived by : his family Ricky; his wife Louise Ward; his children, Matthew Petit (Jamie), Racheal Michaud (Jeremy) and Levi Petit (Joyce Cunanan); his sisters, Brenda Vince, Renee Treece (Tom), Denise Petit and Annette Barlow (Rick); and his sister-in-law Belinda Petit.
