In the vast expanse of eternity, Carl shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carl farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn R. Avery and Maria Avery (Stadler); his half-brother Louis Stadler; and his sister-in-law Vicki Avery. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Avery, Glenn Avery (Patti), Rosamund Homrich (Michael) and Del Avery (Karen); and his sister-in-law Inge Stadler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many beloved friends and neighbors.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Monterey Center United Methodist Church (3022 130th Ave, Hopkins, MI 49328).
