He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Caswell and Lois Caswell (Jordan); and his brothers, Floyd Caswell, Richard Caswell (Darlene) and Bobby Jordan.
He is survived by : his wife Norma Sue Caswell (Greer); his children, Gary Parnell (Xiomara), William Caswell (Christina) and Marsha Baker (Tim); and his grandchildren, Madeline Parnell, Monique Parnell, Olivia Parnell, Caitlin Parnell, Amber Caswell, Dathan Caswell, Eymar Fuentes, Yxa Fuentes and Lixi Deables. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
