He is survived by: his mother Krystene Antvelink; his children, Rachel Schmidt (Derek) of Waukesha, Wisconsin, Reuben Antvelink (Mary Ansley) of Seattle, Washington and Lee Antvelink (Liz) of Mount Pleasant, Michigan.; and his siblings, Kevin Antvelink (Dawn), Jeff Antvelink (Sue), Luanne Groen (Mike) and Lana Antvelink.
