He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Russell and Naomi Russell (Bailes). He is survived by: his wife Susan Boylan; and his children, David Barber (Carol), Kayla Simpson, Lindsey Beebe (Timothy Jr.) and Tristan Russell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
