He is survived by: his wife Carole Prather; his children, Mary Beth, Rex (Tammy) and Joann (Chad); his grandchildren, Reanna, Alexandria, Erica, Isabella, Jayden, Joslyn, Garrett and Cole; and his brother Pete Prather.
In honor of Rex, donations may be made to Hopkins Methodist Church or Wings of Hope Hospice.
