He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Darlina Phillips, Sue Heintzelman and Terry Johnson Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Johnson (Dan Sisco) and Dave Johnson (Nora); his children, Jayce (Chantel Gomber), Henslee and Eloise; his fiancé Shyann Sinkler; his siblings, Felix Rivera II, Garret Rivera, Dylan Johnson and Ashlin Edema (Dalton); his nephew Christian; his nieces, Lillyana, Paisley, Everley and Aria; and his friends, Tyler Moureau, Nate Richardson and Josh Lampros. He is also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
