He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Healy and Elaine Healy (Russon); and his sister Marsha Hill (Healy). He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Miller (Matt), Sarah Roberts (Chris), Diane Gilbert (Jesse), Tiffany Troher (Tony) and Rachael Covey (Ryan); his sister Barbara Melberg (Roger); his grandchildren, Spencer Miller, Sophia Miller, Lily Laws (DJ), Anthony Laws, Jeffrey Laws, Tristan Roberts, Lauren Healy, Ehtan Berry, Lila Berry and Callie Covey; and his great grandchild Flynn. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
