She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Channell; her husband Larry Mizerik; her father Lew Channell; her parents-in-law, Paul and Eva Mizerik; and her sibling's children, Melissa, Bailey and Eric.
She is survived by: her children, Lindsay Tebo (David) of Holland, Michigan, Steve Mizerik (Kelly) of Horton, Michigan and Lauren Boynton (Paul) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her grandchildren, Brady, Eva, Luke, Lucy, Joel and Vivianna; and her siblings, Bob Channell and Wendy Vandenburgh. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and dear friends.
In accordance with Deb's wishes, contributions may be made to AWARE Shelter or Hospice House of Jackson in her honor instead of having a public memorial service.
