Janice Elaine Warren Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Elaine Warren of Horton, Michigan, who passed away on October 19, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Cartmell and Ruth Cartmell (Raymond) of Horton, Michigan; her husband Owen "Pete" Warren; her daughter Sherry Cornwell (late Ernie) of Grovetown, Georgia; and her siblings, Sandra Iverson (late John) of Bruceton and Steven Cartmell of Martin, Tennessee..
She is survived by: her sons, Owen "Rocky" Warren, Douglas Warren (Brenda) and Gregg Warren; her grandchildren, James Cornwell, George Cornwell, Ariel Warren, Caitlin Warren, Doug Warren (Alexandra), Heather Mannor (Henry Bretthauer) and Luke Warren; her siblings, Dean Cartmell (Donna) of Hanover and Dewayne Cartmell (Janice) of Murray, Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Sally Cartmell. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hanover Baptist Church (140 Allen St, Hanover, MI 49241). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial contribution can be made to Hanover Baptist Church. Donation envelopes will be at the church.
