She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Kaplan and Marie Kaplan (Dunn); her husband Richard Rapson; her son Richard D Rapson; her son-in-law Bob Pakizer; and her brother Marvin Kaplan.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela M Pakizer (Marc Peters); her stepdaughter Linda Johnson (Kenny); her daughter-in-law Vik Rapson; and her grandchildren, Michaelynn Peterson, Stephanie Bell, Samantha Lam, Addreanna Mower, Justin Pakizer, Donnie Robbins and Brandon Daniels.
Memorial contributions in memory of Joyce are asked to be directed to the Roscommon County Animal Shelter.
