Steven William Paling Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven William Paling of Houghton Lake, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on October 21, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Paling and Hilda Paling; his brother Joe Paling; and his sons, Steven Jr. and Ryan Mathias.

He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his sister Pamela Stimson; his children, Daniel Paling (Jenni), Nicole McGrew (John) and Amanda Petronzi (Paul); his daughter-in-law Jessica Mathias; and his grandchildren, Sterling, Caden, Raelyn, Connor, Cody, Hunter, Jaxson, Grace, Paulie, Giuliana and Lulu. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
