He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Slusarzyk and Emma Slusarzyk; his wife Alice Slusarzyk; his daughter Laurie Spelich; and his siblings, Eleanor Klobuchar, Dorothy Slusarzyk and Jim Slusarzyk.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Shirley Slusarzyk, Delores Beauchamp, Kyle Rivest, Beverly Valiquette and Norbert Rivest; and his children, Tom Slusarzyk (Lisa Busser), Dawna Slusarzyk (Linda Wareham), Steve (Leslie Slusarzyk) and Kathy (Jeff Black). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
