He is survived by: his children, Phedra Forist (Scott Pierzchala), Desiree Forist, Debbie Sanok and Tom Sanok (Regena Jordan); his grandchildren, Danon, Brandy, Kyra (Joey), Adonis, Sean, Jason and Josh; his great grandchildren, Athena, Nyoami, Noelan, Nixon and Nova; his fiancé Fran Pemberton; his partner's daughter Sherri Hernandez-Cruz; Alexander, Benjamin and Harper Lynn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Howard City Funeral & Cremation Services (225 E Edgerton St, Howard City, MI 49329). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
