He is survived by: his wife Sharon Spiker Miotke; his children, Sarah Widmayer (Thad), Allen Miotke Jr. (Shanna) and Kristen Owens; his grandchildren, Brooke, Hayley Widmayer, Khloe, Kylie and Kolin Miotke; and his pets, Spike and Max.
