She was predeceased by: her parents, John LeJack and Eleanor LeJack; and her husband Michael Ascencio. She is survived by: her children, Jason Ascencio, Jennifer Skarda (Joel) and Thomas Madsen; her stepchildren, Michael Garrett (Ascencio) and Colleen Moore (Ron); and her grandchildren, Brian Madsen, Jessica Madsen, Amanda Skarda, Michael Skarda, Payton Skarda, Michael Garrett, Madison Moore and Chloe Moore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
