We announce the death of David Patrick Thorpe (Howell, Michigan), who passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 59. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Thorpe and Terry Thorpe. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Brian Thorpe (Lynda) and Heather Pietila (William); his grandchildren, Jack, Emmett, Oliver, Wyatt, Nathan, Leroy and Vera; his siblings, Donna Keese (Tim) and Scott Vilas; his nephew Christian Vorias; and his niece Kendall Vorias.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes - MacDonald Chapel (315 N Michigan Ave, Howell, MI 48843).
