She was predeceased by: her father Robert G. Smith. She is survived by: her mother Elinor Smith; and her siblings, Linda Smith-Gregory (Freeman Gregory), Garry Smith (Sue) and Craig Smith (Robin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you contribute to one of two organizations dear to Donna, the First Presbyterian Church of Brighton or the Transplant Center Nursing Excellence Fund (339434) at the University of Michigan.
