He is survived by: his children, Vicki Kuipers and Kevin (Kristin); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kristen (Angela Karkau), Eric Kuipers (Melissa), Jessica Kuipers (Scott Sarver), Chase Kramer, Kaytin and Kamryn; his great grandchildren, Akina, Emersen and Madylyn; and his brother David Waddell.
