He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kuchna and Cecilia Kuchna (Karpinski); his wife Mary Jane (Meehan); and his grandson Chad. He is survived by: his children, Steve Kuchna (Debra) and Laureen Walker (Michael); his sisters, Annette Kulek and Maryann Kaminski (Dennis); his grandchildren, Valerie (Chris), Stephanie Walker (Ernie), Myles Kuchna (Marcia) and Angela Kuchna (Steve Hall); and his great grandchild Maximillian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
