She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Miller and Mary Miller; and her husband Ray. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Connell and Kari Pitera (Mike); and her grandchildren, Michael Connell, Anthony Pitera (Raelyn) and Alaina Ralko (Tyler).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (425 E Washington St, Howell, MI 48843). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery (409 Roosevelt St, Howell, MI 48843).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Fran's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
