She was predeceased by : her parents, William Hoshaw and Ethel Hoshaw; her husband Edward Collins; her daughter Christine Sloan (Eric); and her siblings, Betty, Helen, William, Vivian, Marjorie and Linda.
She is survived by : her daughters, Cheryl Hoffman (William) and Ilene McMann (Robert); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Sarah, Nicholas (Naomi), Joseph Hoffman, Rachel Perkins, Austin Sloan (Katie), Jessica Kirkpatrick, Evan Sloan and Amy Kelly (Sean); her great grandchildren, Zoe, Eleanor, Rhett Kirkpatrick and Jameson Kelly; and her siblings, Joseph Hoshaw and Ilene Sams (Al).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Georgia's memory.
