He is survived by: his wife Patricia Meadows; his children, Terri Meadows, Kimberly Faccio (John), Rebecca Meadows (Gilbran Chong) and James Meadows III; his sister Gloria Alvarado; his grandchildren, Sean Chris, Nicole, Matt, Jacob and Gus; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Annabelle and Abigail. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
