She was predeceased by: her son Bob Phillips; and her siblings, James Matthews, Jerry Matthews, Wanda Morrow and Linda Matthews.

She is survived by: her child Kim Phillips (Nancy); her grandchildren, Holly Phillips, Shane Phillips (Joany), Garrett Phillips (Sarah), Andrea Gamblin and Thomas Forst (Jenna); her great grandchildren, Lawson, Lydia Phillips, Mallory, Jameson Gamblin, Jasper, Raelee, Zach Forst, Alora and Zoe Lowry; her daughter-in-law Cathy Forst (Mike); her sister-in-law Mary Matthews; her nephew Brandon Matthews (Genevieve); and her niece Regina Combs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & friends.
