He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Watters and Myrtle Watters (Howe); his wife Lenna May Watters; and his daughter Dana Watters. He is survived by: his son Don Watters (Tracy); his grandchildren, Dixie Watters, Derek Watters and Dallas Watters; and his niece Dawn Kern (Richard).
