He was predeceased by : his wife Deborah; and his parents, Eugene Jacobs and Louise Jacobs. He is survived by : his children, Amie Jacobs and Joseph Jacobs (Brette); and his siblings, Robert Jacobs (Tonya) and Denise Horton (Scott).

Keith generously shared his knowledge and experience as a peer mentor for the National Dialysis Foundation, where his contributions were invaluable and deeply appreciated by those he guided.
