She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Eastman and Iva Eastman (Viers); her husband William A. Purdy; her grandson Ryan Purdy; and her siblings, Willis Eastman, Frederick Eastman and Helene Czajka.
She is survived by: her children, Mark W. Purdy, Rebecca J. Suminski (Joe), Wayne P. Purdy (Jennifer) and John L. Purdy (Kris); and her brother James Eastman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
