He was predeceased by: his father Francis Helz; and his son Eric Helz (Angel). He is survived by: his mother Mary Helz; his significant other Kristin Nederveld; his children, Addison Adams (Stephen), Bryan Helz and Michael Helz; and his siblings, Kim Schmidt (Bob) and Marco Helz (Natalie).
A reception will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the L. J. Griffin Northrop-Sassaman Chapel (19091 Northville Road, Northville, MI 48168).
