He is survived by : his girlfriend Terri Webber; his children, Tiffany DeGraaf (Mike) and Leif Frederick (Alicia); his siblings, Anne Holdin (John) and Shirley Turner (Ralph); his grandchildren, Samantha, John, Noah, Addison, Tieler, Lynsey, Morgan, Mackenzie, Hunter, Tony, Trent, Bryson, Maizlyn and Hailee; and his great grandchildren, Emerson, Ezryn and Everly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
