She was predeceased by: her daughter Kristin Avery; her mother Dicksie McCarthy; and her siblings, Mary Cooney and Patrick McCarthy. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Avery; and her children, Kelly Taulbee, Kevin Avery, Kirk Avery (Suzi) and Donald Avery (Amy).
