It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Athar of Howell, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Cooper and Patricia Cooper (Little). She is survived by: her husband Aizaz Athar; her children, Art Athar and Anisah Fisher (Marcus); her siblings, Vicki Fabian (Daniel), Madonna Lehrkamp, Kimberly Cooper, Warren Cooper and Dianne Dunlap; and her sisters-in-law, Vasima Jeddy and Doctor Asfia Rana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
