It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Duggan of Howell, Michigan, who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Santo and Barbara Santo (Hawgood); her husband Richard Duggan; and her sister Kathy Santo. She is survived by: her significant other Gary Garr; her sons, Matthew Duggan (Megan) and Adam Duggan (Jenna); her sister Pam Santo; her grandchildren, Caleb, Kennedy, Cameron, Savannah, Kinsley, Jackson and Boston; and her pet Abby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
