She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Harter (Girst) and Richard Harter; and her nephew Kegan. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Harter Jr., Malisa Price (Kurt), Tracy Pellegrino (Marc), Stacy Bell (Steve) and Lacy Harter; her children, Amanda Cox and Zachery Harter; her grandson Dylan Cox; and her close friend Michael Kerr. She is also survived by her 15 nieces and nephews and 8 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Meals on Wheels.
