He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kelley and Mary Kelley; and his brother Lester Kelley Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kelley; his children, Steven Kelley (Lisbeth), Ruth Morgan and Ann Kelley; his stepchildren, Keith Miller (Jora Brummette), Kathryn Palazzolo (Steven Vartanian) and Kevin Miller (Catherine); and his grandchildren, Peter, Sarah, Megan, Kaylee, Mathew, Phillip, Jodi, Simon, Natalie, Adrian, Christian, Nina and Garrett. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
