He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon Mullins and Mona Stiltner; his wife Melissa Mullins; and his son Jon Mullins. He is survived by : his son Mike Mullins (Angie); his brother Jeff Mullins (Gilda); and his grandchildren, Autumn, Meagan, Carter, Lainey, Charlotte and Joe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
