She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Ross Sinclair and Ruth Sinclair; her husband George T. Welbon (Bud); and her brother James. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Gerou (Harold), R. Todd Welbon (Dee) and Kathryn Savela (Steven). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
