He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Colburn and Mary Elizabeth Colburn; and his sisters, Glenna Maire Lucas and Jeanne Terese. He is survived by: his wife Sally Lou Colburn; his children, Carrie Parsons (Scott), Amy Watters (Trevor) and Mathew Smith; and his siblings, Stanley Hugh Colburn, Elizabeth Anne Colburn, Bridget Ellen Colburn and John Raymond Colburn. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
