He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; and his children, Kristin Woodberg (Randy), Matthew Chappelle (Kathryn), John Chappelle (Linda), Marybeth Weatherly (Mike), Robert Chappelle (Renee) and Susan Mitchell (Marty). He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, with another great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tom's name to the Michigan.
