He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Shurtleff and Anna Shurtleff; and his former wife Mary Ellen Shurtleff. He is survived by: his friend Tom; his sons, Thomas, Jr. (Julie), Paul (Sandy Smeija) and Peter Shurtleff (Lina); his grandchildren, Erin Kozak (Steve), Alison Brown (Andy), Caylynn, Austin, Jenna and Laurel; his great grandchildren, Owen, April, Hannah, Leah, Sarah and Elijah; and his wife MaryAnn Sincic. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
