He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene. He is survived by: his parents, Urho Stein (Mike) and Anna Stein; his sister Mary Alice Chapman (Clifford); his daughter Valerie Lappan (Rick); his grandsons, Jacob Lappan (Lisa) and Zachary Lappan (Kelley); his brothers, David Stein (Sandy) and John Stein (late Joanne); and his sister-in-law Trudy Hurst. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
