He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stacer and Frances Stacer (Block); and his siblings, Linda Roggenbuck and Linus Stacer. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Steven Stacer, Lisa Barrett (Michael), Richard Hendershot and Karla Abrego (Jeremy); his siblings, Doug Stacer (Jennifer), Cindy Johnston (Dennis), Jody Pikura (Tony) and Audrey Craig (Gary); and his brother-in-law Fred Roggenbuck. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
